THE DESIGN CONCEPT

Crestline home is designed around the central courtyard concept. 
All the major rooms, Living, Study, Kitchen, Nook, Master Suite 
and upper level rooms have a view to the courtyard area, 
thus making the outdoor entertainment another room in the 
house albeit outside. 


THE INTERIOR

The interior is zoned into three primary areas public, 
private and sleeping. 

Public areas - Entry, Formal Dining and Study are located in the front section of the home allowing the owners to great and entertaining without guest viewing more private spaces. 

Private Family areas located in the mid portion of the home consist of an open Kitchen, Eating and Living areas.

The Master Suite is isolated in the rear of the home, far from view of the public and private areas while still allowing views and access to the landscaped pool courtyard. There is also a private Guest Suite is located on the ground level in the opposite corner of the home.
